It was an all around good experience and although it seemed the maintenence man was the only worker there the lady and presumably her husband in the office part seemed friendly enough and the rooms seemed to fit the cottage style decorum but the other guests there they made it feel like you were at a family reunion very warm and friendly I would definitely stay again
It's affordable and after 30 days I'm considered a resident by law, the people are nice to me and everything I need is in a convenient location, Kroger's just up the road, and a tire shop is right across the street and to the left right next door is a gas station, so yes I do rate this motel 5 stars easily.

Very nice tenants and front desks clerks. Very clean environment!!! High speed fiber internet, flat screen tv, new appliances, newly renovated, and very friendly manager !!! Call Nayana for a stay we love it at the budget inn.

This place is a very old motel .been around a long time . I remember the condition it use to be in . The lady that owns it now has put a lot of work into this place. Putting new roof on now. The rooms are small but she is working on getting them fixed and in good shape. These things take time to get done . no one with any sense who pays the price she gets for these rooms should expect the rooms to be like a 5 star motel . use a little common sense when writing reviews. Thank you !
